Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear that fits their style, needs, and prescription

• Explain lens options, frame features, and insurance benefits clearly

• Take accurate optical measurements (PD, seg height, etc.)

• Adjust, fit, and repair eyeglasses as needed

• Place and track optical orders, manage inventory

• Deliver top-notch customer service from consultation to pick-up

• Collaborate with the doctor and team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Qualifications:

• Prior optical sales or optician experience preferred (license not always required, depending on state)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Detail-oriented with basic computer proficiency

• Bilingual a plus (if applicable)
